Karan has played a significant role in the growth of the executive search industry in India. With more than 10 years of experience in providing talent acquisition solutions, he has not only acquired profound knowledge about how the industry functions but has also been acquainted with the challenges pertaining to this field. As a Lead Consultant and Strategic Business Advisor, he has gained in depth knowledge of various industry segments such as Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, EPC, Retail and FMCG. His body of work surpasses domestic boundaries and goes all the way across Middle East, India and Asia Pacific regions.
Karan has worked as a Lead Consultant at Stellar Search and a Sr. Qualitative Research Analyst at Exevo India Ltd (Subsidiary of Copal Partner) prior to that. With a strong network base and proven expertise in spotting the right candidate for the right role, he is focussed at taking LinkD Partners to great heights.
